Baxter's Estate

Baxter’s Estate in Clermont County spans twenty acres of land, offering privacy from the bustling world beyond its borders. Five acres of this estate are dedicated to the grand six-floor mansion itself, surrounded by several buildings. The other fifteen acres are undeveloped.  

Buildings on Baxter's Estate

Mansion

The mansion itself is a six-story building. It is the main building on the grand estate.   The sixth floor is Baxter's Private Quarters. His bedroom, bathroom, and private study are the only rooms on this floor. The elevator at the end of a short hallway leads to other floors.   The fifth floor consists mainly of his office, the gym, and a massage room. The gym hosts a cold bath area as well as a shower area.   The next two floors host Baxter's home office with meeting rooms. The floor below is used for personal meetings. A sitting room, dining room, and a living room are here.   The second floor has more rooms but none are known.   The first floor host the kitchen and kitchen storage, living room, a dining room, the front foyer, and others.  

Mews

The Mews of Baxters Estate host both the horses and carriages used for the life of Baxter Baggs.   Both are also looked after to ensure theyre kept in tip-top shape.  

Guesthouse

if there is a guesthouse, it is used for the visits of the Legendary Guardians of Childhood.  

Servant Quarters

Certain people live on property. They have their own homes or living arrangements.
