Reindeer and Elf Away Party Packed Lunches

The Christmas Elves and Christmas Reindeer - Flyers that leaves Christmastide Valley operate out of A Very Merry Christmas Sleigh-port. Many of these trips are for picking up food supplies, piant, wood, cotton, and many more requests for supplies for toys or whatever the case may be.   Mrs. Gertrude Claus, Overseer of The Claus Kitchen and Dining Halls, knows these elves help keep things running up north which does a lot for the Mission. She often ensures each elf receives two meals for a one day trip and plenty of sugar. For a maxmium of four days, she will pack enough food for both the elves and reindeer.   Week-long trips or longer do not receive food. This is mainly due to time-restraints and staffing.

Typical Elfin Meals

Elves love all kinds of things! Any Asian, European, or American foods are their favorites and each elf usually has a favorites list in the kitchen. For some reason, elves are not picky about their eating habits or seem to be allergic to foods.

Away Party Meals

Away parties are elves who perfom the shipping of necessities into the Christmastide Kingdom.   Back in the First Grand Age of Ancient Power, others would come and bring supplies to Santa. The magical species took care of gathering and bringing what he needed, Then they left. Nicholas and Gertrude had to take some of their own flying pilots and create the sleigh-port. This way, a central location allowed incoming materials and supplies to be brought into the city and valley without giving away the secret location of Santa Claus.   For their trips outside the valley, Gertrude usually likes packing them three or four sandwhiches or burritos or even big salads. Plenty of candy canes or cookies or both finish a most delicious lunch for the elves!   Gertrude wants to keep all happy and healthy! So, the reindeer don't eat full meals until they return but they do eat carrots and sometimes apples while away from home.
