Tooth Fairy Queen

Her Majesty, Queen of the Tooth Fairies of the Tooth Realm is the last Guardian that’s not a Holiday Entity. She is often known as the Guardian of Memory as mythos dictates that children's baby teeth hold memories. Her name may be Toothiana.
Tooth fairies are often fairy folk who believe in what Queen Toothiana does. They transform into tooth fairies if they want to help her.
The teeth are collected and put into a container for that specific child in case they want their memories. These are safely stored in her heavily secured castle above the forests of Myanmar (Burma) or in a metaphysical realm called Realm of Teeth and Memories.

Powers

Teeth Affinity/Empowerment: Queen Toothiana is stronger and empowered by children’s belief in her.
Memory Magic: As Toothiana is the Guardian of Memories, she appears to have an insight on the Memories of Childhood as the teeth she and her fairies collect carry the most precious memories of childhood. To ensure children continue to believe in her, Tooth and her fairies leave behinds gifts (often coins) in exchange for the teeth. When someone needs to remember what's important, they bring those memories back to help them.
Wing Manifestation/Winged Flight: As a humanoid, Queen Toothiana did not have wings. But as a Guardian, she has them in order to retrieve teeth.
