At first against the cleansing of The Ur Fatom Ghettos but after the murder of Pelios Penros Agreed to vote in favour of the cleansing. Many people believe Vestan persuaded him to do this and not having the foresight to see that this could well lead to a armed conflict with the Ur Fatom.
