Vestan Algor Noble of Gladium

A powerfull and selfish human Spinxian noble who is somehow involved with the book of Eibon. He hired mercenary,s to transport stolen magic items to his summer castle but the question remains if he knew he was in the posession of the book of Eibon and if he was planning to use it. He is rising to power in Gladium and was one of the few nobles who wanted the Ur Fatom ghettos in the outer city cleansed.
