Belarian Lyris

Member of the Tradesmens' Guild, Belarian is a nervous halfling in Diopolis, the trade city of Helorix. He was able to purchase a great deal of goods from TBD, but fears repercussions from his interactions because of Lorelai's status as a persona non grata with the Black Suns.
