Lizardfolk

Native to the tropical Southern Wilds, lizardfolk are often seen as barbaric by the rest of their humanoid peers. They rule the lowlands and swampy areas in a court of intense tribal politics that often ignores the rest of the world, opting instead to engage in near constant infighting that prevents growth beyond their wetland borders.
However, at times a warband will get lost or a scouting party will stray into new territory, and a few lizardfolk might find their way into the empires. At one point in time, there was a healthy population that made their homes in the delta of the Alphidon River, though the war waste that now polutes the land has driven them out. They do send regular representation to the Accords, and each year come with the same request: do not change the size or shape of their borders.
