Deld
Deld is the mage in charge of overseeing the production of the Wandering Merchant's Guild's communication crystals and is also a member of the Tinimul Council. Even though Ceta is in charge of the Council's library Deld has a great affection for books and takes and unusual interest in the management and maintenence of the library. In some ways this is helpful as she often finds rare books to add to the collection she is often stepping on Ceta's toes when it comes to the management of the library. Ceta is also on the Council and they frequently find themselves at odds on otherwise uncontroversial issues because of their rivalry.
