Ononatl
The head of the Dragon Cult of Ostot based at Dragon's Roost and responsible for the overall running of the organization. An equivalent of a bodhisattva, was given the chance to be a dragon herself but opted not to in order to guide others. Ononatl speaks through the use of the message spell with a voice that chimes like little bells.
