Riat

South and down from Tinimul, Riat is known for its abundant natural resources. Ores, crystals, and other raw materials pass through here on their way to other places. The city itself owns several mines and wells, and the private sector owns still more. The concentration of rare ores, crystals, and waters here is so high that it seems unlikely to be conincidence.
