Basic Information

Anatomy

'Toad Folk' are hunched over anthropomorphic toads. They have bulbous eyes that sit on the top of their head and their body is covered in warts and bumps. A sticky tongue lays hidden in their wide mouth. Slightly webbed hands and feet help with swimming and moving across water soaked terrain.

Biological Traits

'Toad Folk' are capable of holding their breath for extended periods.

Genetics and Reproduction

'Toad-Folk' lay their eggs directly into special breeding ponds, where their young will live until they start to grow their limbs. The tadpole young must reach 3ft long before the limbs start to develop.

Ecology and Habitats

They are found in temperate marshes, are are able to move throughout their territory easily despite the harsh terrain. Their main villages are located next to rivers and/or deep within the heart of the marsh, where there is plenty of mud for them to build their homes out of.

50 years. However it is rare for them to live this long.
