Jaliann
Jaliann, the spirit of change, is the metaphysical embodiment of the moon she owes her name to. The figure is often depicted as a halfling or gnomish woman garbed in an ever-shifting dress made "of the night sky itself", and wearing a mask reminiscent of masquerade balls. It is believed that to see Jaliann is to witness the ultimate omen of personal change.
