Bad Omens

The Bad Omens is an organization dedicated toward freeing not only Akita but many other districts from the reign of SHEN. They are an anti-corporate society with the strict rule of keeping hidden and not to put the public at risk, meaning they're rarely ever outside and tend to find themselves in smaller operations similar to the work of Ghost Squadron without the extravigant operations. To identify the personel associated to the organization, they can be seen wearing the mask of an oni whether it be full or half as long as it conceals your identity.
