De Lucia Neighborhood

A new gang formed within a neighborhood block in the Normandy District.

Overview

With origins within Delta City, these immigrants would find themselves surpressed and in struggles from not only the native Cardosa Family but even amongst those they deem as peers, The Hawthorne Syndicate. Located on Covelly Gardens and the surrounding blocks lies the grouping of families known as the De Lucia Neighborhood. In recent times, led by Angelo De Lucia, he would begin a campaign to unify and bring freedom within his neighborhood. Let's just say it kept Lucas and his crime family away for a while. Similar to the many other mobster families within Normandy, they follow some different rulings primarily with an emphasis on not causing harm to the community, being an organization dedicated toward protection of the people around them. So no drug distribution, or distribution of weapons, with a primary focus on attempting to make clean money through cyberware sellings and primarily utilizing extortion. Small in business and lower arts of organized crimes.

You are not to pou your hands on friends or neighbors

You will always keep a friend beside you on jobs and mission

You will adorn clothing of white, to symbolize the ethics of guardianship and protection
