Rivals to the Cardosa Family, the Hawthorne Syndicate is a criminal organization within the Normandy District
Founded in Delta City prior to the Coporate War, formerly known as Hawthorne Transportation were dealing with the distribution of weapons during the war to EDEN. Though with the obliteration of Delta City, Lucas Hawthorne would move to Angelica City like many other's post war. During this period he would attempt to rebuild his Father's organization with little success with the abundance of compitition within Angelica. With a steady decline he would move toward crime growing his own empire now becoming one of the largest criminal organizations within Angelica City.
Hawthorne is a close rival to Cardosa as the two occupy the Normandy District in similar businesses constantly butting heads with one another.
