The Cackle is a bar and lounge owned by Claire Jennings and is the head quarters of the Hyenas. This bar has a strict no tolerance for sexual abuse and crime as respect and safety of not only their clientle but workers is key. Easy location to get a job assisting the efforts of the Hyena's and their associates. Just make sure you stay on their goodside. Hate to see you get shwacked for looking at someone the wrong way.
