Session 026 - Plumping the Depths
General Summary
Session 26:
—> Investigated the sewer system
—> Ink rode on the broom with Junipurr, Thad granted dark vision on her, Zoda pulled out his sword and cast light with it
—> Found a jail cell through a crack in a wall with no noticeable door and a body, found chain armour, tunic under the armour had initials ZL
—> Continued exploring, Junipurr and Ink found a rat nest, inside it they found a lantern and a hat
—> Rhyke used his floating disc to try and help people cross the water without touching it,
—> Party splits: Juni, Ink, Bews and Musky takes the path with no walkway, come across a set of stairs that lead to a door, and a path that may connect with other path, Musky learned of the rat king down the tunnels leading south, from talking to a sewer rat
—> Zoda, Beretan, Thad and Rhyke take the other one, walkway breaks, Rhyke cast a new floating disc, zoda and beretan fell into the water, thad gets blasted with spores off the wall, —> Blocked grate separates halls from reconnecting, Thad cleared the block, musky got dragged with the blast of water as the way cleared
—> Everyone back together, a 2nd blast of water hit everyone, those that failed the con save won’t get sick for day or so
—> Continued to navigate the tunnels and found the rat king lair, combat begun, completed 1st round: Musky threw a pound of cheese, Rhyke threw dynamite, Thad: hex on 14, booming blade, Musky cast armour of agathys and shillelagh, Bews cast shocking volley, Ink cast bane on 14 and 7, gave zoda bardic inspiration, Zoda attacked, Junipurr attacked, Beretan cast shield of faith, Rhyke cast fire bolt
