House Capritania

King Panos and his wife Queen Mera (originally of House Cervidae) fostered two children: the princes Wethers and Boer. Wethers, first born and set to be king, dutifully took up his title, while Prince Boer went through a rebellious streak hanging around in the capital's pubs and eventually being picked up in his youth for petty theft.   King Panos died peacefully after an arduous battle with the longterm effects he suffered from his fight with the poisonous Apocrita during the Great Dying. Wethers took the throne within a week of his father's death and married Ewe of House Ovinae within the year.   To the dismay of the public, the royal couple did not bear any children for the first three years of their marriage, until finally Prince William was born.
