Eishellians are those who live within Eishellis's lands most commonly referred to as Eishelleth.
Eishellians generally mimic their ruler and goddess in their values, they value competence, skill, hard work and exceptionalism.

Cultural exports

Eishelleth has some of the most talented individuals in all of Animora when it comes to crafting and life alchemy (with a strong focus on blood magic). Eishelleth is one of the only human-centric countries in Animora with developed plumbing, public education, freedom of religion and an efficient law-keeping force. Skilled workers both in mundane and magical trades generally also have a better education and understanding of their work than outside of Eishelleth thanks to the cultural weight on development and exceptionalism. They are also one of the few countries in Animora who will allow anyone to live there as long as they do not break the law, even if they are of a species most commonly considered monsters or uncivilized barbarians.

Eishelians prefer quality over quantity, and prefer to give everybody a chance for more scholarly pursuits to find those with potential and give them the opportunity to become scholars.

Shared customary codes and values

Exceptionalism, talent, skill and quality are all considered extremely important. Anyone can rise to become a leader and if you wish to be something, work hard and become good enough at your craft your status at your birth will not hold you back.

Willful ignorance is considered a sin and both  incompetence and stupidity are frowned on in equal meassure.
