Thonic

Thonic, theAtlantean language, was created by Atlas. Thonic uses true names to express concepts empathically, even to non-Thonic speakers. Any creature with an Intelligence score of 6 or higher innately understands the meaning of Thonic words, both spoken and written, though they must learn the language to speak or write in it themselves.
