Vess'Slar System

Originally just an economic hub early on in T'Kiri expansion, Vess'slar's leaders began to use their vast wealth to invest in large educational institutions. Before long, the Empress had personally promoted the institutions on Vess'slar, giving them an explosion in attendance. The highest regarded physical and mental training facilities on Vess'slar have barred entry from most Keerim, instead only granting access to those of near-perfect biological design. Many future officers and intelligence agents have traced their origins to training in this system.
