Forare Scarp

A coastal city situated along the northern edge of the Skeleton Coast, northwest from Fort Mothar. The city looks like a giant foot and consists of islands of limestone spires connected by walkways. Its name literally means "pierced shoe" in Old Common.

Demographics

80% human, 15% demi-human, 5% half-elf, half-orc, and other minorities.

Government

Ruled by a Council of four. They are Mr. Dory, Rashlen, Sliris, and Thornwell.

Architecture

Remnants of a finer age are evident in the fragile, flowing, and artistic design of surviving stone buildings. As the population grew and the class of the people declined, replacement structures are built of any handy material in haphazard, shanty-like fashion.
