Mount Tambora Abbey
An abbey at the north end of the Kieft Road. The Kith-El founded a monastery at the upper reaches of their kingdom. They chose Mount Tambora for its beauty, hoping it would encourage men to be faithful to the All-Father. The Abbey was founded initially on morality, but the splendor of the place attracted those attuned with the natural world. As a result, many druids and followers of Sylvanus made pilgrimages to the place. As the reputation of the place grew, it soon became an area for rational studies, attracting sages and intellectuals from the entire length of the east coast.
The party learns on 05-24-102 PH that a thief from Kræghaven Fæstness stole the Foot of Tezcatlipoca and fled to here. Adair Pangborn did something heinous to "set things right". Something that men could not do. He slew those responsible for the theft and the Abbas.
