A Forge cleric of the All-Father that serves The Reach. The party has discovered numerous pieces of evidence that indicate he is not a good man.

The party has reason to believe that Serber worships Laduguer, the evil forge god of the Liath. They also think that the cleric is working with Poulson towards some nefarious end.
