The party knows of this creature by word of mouth from Gordy Fleming. They have a normal mouth but two long tentacles on each arm instead of a hand and they grapple their foes.

The party learns from Elinda Bannon that the Temple of Fortitude staff is pollinating people to create loyal subjects, but most people die. Some of the survivors turn into these creatures.
