The Voice of the Mountain

A myth of The Reach people is that an aged woman, a caroigne (crone), wields potent power. She can wield time, foretell the future, and render the thoughts of a person to know their passions and faults.
Many locals claim to have seen her and received wisdom, with most of the locals paying homage with tokens and other effects of tribal worship.
They speak of this witch in hushed tones and call her by the name Yagsil. It is rumored she lives in a cottage built on the back of a huge white bear.
