Jovian Free Estates
Group of semi-allied small state nations of Elves, Humans and the "Small Peoples" (Halflings, Gnomes, Kenku, Pixies, Goblins).
They are located in the middle between the Antigua and Ryuugoku, in a tightly packed group of islands south of the Amethyst Road.
Independent Traders and seafares. The Elves are said to hail from Nova Terra, Jovia being the last settlements of free standing elves in the old world.
Their attires are inbetween west and east.
