Boward

He is a well-spoken, charismatic cynocephalus with a knack for fine clothes and gracious manners. Everyone likes him, and he puts people at ease with his easy-going nature and handsome countenance. He and his attendants live in the Lower Aendrils, and he often entertains human guests.
Boward possesses two, known magic items: Flashback, a falchion which he may summoned to hand and it wounds twice for every one hit; and a Rebound Buckler, which in addition to its role as a shield may be thrown as a discus, hit a subject, and then returns to his hand.
