Widewater

Scenic Widewater, the Home of Burly Brownsedge

Usually called Scenic Widewater, with the “scenic” adjective included, or the Home of Burley Brownsedge, this town is a lake port on the floor of the Vale of Upper Aendril. Found in the Palatine County of Fendarm, the Kingdom of Allyn, in the High Kingdom of Myddum, Widewater is connected to the north by a secondary road and the Whiteslip River to Rysson Town; and south by a secondary road and the Whiteslip River to Litton Town. .
Perhaps because of the breathtaking vista and tranquil lake, the natives are friendly and helpful. Widewater’s economy is based on fishing, and its wood mills produce outstanding wood molding, as well as a luthery community that creates exceptional musical instruments. This town’s crest is two bears, rampant, opposing each other; one bear is argent on a sable field, while the other is sable on an argent field. It’s common to hear troglodyte howls at night here. Tales of Burley Brownsedge are very popular here, and this beloved character is celebrated in local art and carvings.
