Septimus Tarquinia

Former Consul of the Treasury and current Consul of Commerce Septimus Tarquinia is a respected politician with valuable connections to the Federation's banking industry. He took over the consolidated Department of Commerce after its previous consul was killed in the destruction of Vay Proper, and the New Federal Committee quickly voted to officially consolidate the Departments of Commerce and of the Treasury accordingly. As the Committee had previously voted to consolidate the Department of Labor into the Department of Commerce, Tarquinia now serves as consul of what used to be three distinct departments. Tarquinia is popular among the upper echelons of Vayan society, who largely view him as a model citizen, and over his 20 years of service as a consul, he has proven to be a dedicated public servant committed to meeting the needs of the administration.
