Thrinan Largegut

Thrinan is the clerk of quests for the Aquarin branch of the Hunter's Guild. She handles all creation, disputes, and rewards related to quests from either the guild itself or locals. Almost all quests you will receive will be signed by her as any official quest in Aquarin requires her signature before hunters can depart for a quest. If she is busy, she will sometimes leave an enchanted quill of her own design to give her an overview of the quest and allows her to remotely sign off for it. She is dedicated to her job and will stop whatever she is doing at any time to make sure quests run smoothly.
