The Hall of Lake Rahn

Construction beginning/end

The water mages erected a fortified hall in the middle of Lake Rahn.

The Great War of the Age of Heroes was still rampaging on, but thanks to the bloody nose the Old Gods received during the Battle of the Eastern Peaks, the mages had time to gather their strength and fortify their positions in the Middle Lands. During this time, the water mages of the south gathered their strength in Estaron, mounting an expedition to Lake Rahn and Mount Toke. On Mount Toke they erected a watchtower to keep a look-out on the Middle Lands, and on Lake Rahn they constructed a large hall, turning the lake into a potential fortress for themselves. The hall was meant as a stronghold for the people of the surrounding lands to evacuate into as well, and it would be expanded over the years.
