Flowerling

They are a short-lived plant fey, similar in lifespan to a Quickling. They live in meadows and light forests and are often mistaken for normal flowers.

Friends to the Twiglings, all Fae, Elves, Gnomes and Halflings.

Major language groups and dialects

Sylvan and Ent. Also Elven and plantspeech.

Shared customary codes and values

Most are pacifists, rarely argue or raise their voices except when singing.

Average technological level

They have a primitive/nomadic culture, because of their short lifespan, they are still in the stone age unless they live near the city of a more advanced race.

They are very friendly and welcoming to all.

They worship the sun and nature, tend/nurture all plants near them

Hate/scared of fire.

Flowerlings are a small fae race and a very friendly people. They all have a small frill circling their neck that looks like a flower from the area, their skin comes in varying shades of green. Their hair can be any shade of their flower frill. Short lifespan, 1/4 human. 

They rarely travel far from where they sprouted. Tend to plants near them (grow/heal).

• Spores (light): as dancing lights, at will.

• Lullaby or Sleep Dust: as sleep spell.

• Color Spray: as dazzle spell.

• Thorn Growth: +1 natural armor, 1d4 damage.

• Take Root: when healing is needed they can take root 2/day to heal as normal.

• Sense Water: 1 mile/3 levels.
