Mirror of Justice
A priest of Tyr created a magic mirror to help in Tyr's search for Justice. He was a judge in the county prefecture and saw criminals every day. He found that many criminals never received the justice they deserved. The mirror was placed in a small room and the criminals were sent to wait in it. Anyone that looks directly at the mirror is trapped inside. They are sent to an extradimensional space and are locked inside.
There are twelve spaces in each mirror. When the mirror was created a ring was linked to it that allows the operator to be immune to its effects and to operate its various functions. This space makes the criminal face his crime and work on redemption, to others it is an illusion but to the inhabitant it is real. They don't need to eat, breath, sleep, or drink and they don't age.
Each prisoner can be called forth by the operator if he needs to be questioned or freed. The freed criminal appears next to the mirror facing away from it. If the mirror is shattered, all the creatures inside are freed.
