General Physical Condition

I am strong for my age (even above average for an adult), it could be my work in the mines or a quirk of genetics.

Broad face, high plump cheeks, pointed chin, large round eyes, slightly pointed ears and a button nose.

I am enamored with technology and am constantly in search of new types to learn. My invisible friend talks to me all the time, guiding me to the technology he wants me to learn about.

Personal history

I was orphaned at a young age when my father died (10), and my mother died when I was 3. He died in a storm while exploring in the Skylands. I grew up on the Island of Gondoa, my father was an explorer. He was chasing the hidden Island of Eryndor, and a large storm circles the island continually.
I inherited my parents' cottage on the hill beyond the town of Gondoa, My friends are the doves that live in my loft. It is a sturdy house, that has a great kitchen and a workshop in the basement, where my father built his personal airships. I want to follow in his footsteps, so I am building my own ship from his plans.
My uncle works in the mines, he's looked after me since my father died. I've been apprenticing with him ever since. I've helped with the machinery, run errands, and help out wherever I can. The miners taught me a lot, in my time with them.

Education

Before my father died he homeschooled me, after he died I went to the town school. I mostly taught myself from books my father left and the town library.

Employment

I work with my uncle in the mines and also do odd jobs around town.
