Scabbard of Sharpness

This scabbard sharpens any pointed weapon. It can resize to accommodate any bladed weapon from a knife to a greatsword.  The inside of the scabbard is lined with a powdered whetstone of sharpness.

You can pick the bonus to use three times per day:

• keen on any blade placed inside.
• +1 on attack and damage and include a roll of 19 as a critical hit.
• 1/day when you roll a critical, roll damage the target takes an extra 4d6 slashing damage. 

Keen improves the threat range of any blade weapon. A threat range of 20 becomes 19-20, 19-20 becomes 17-20, and 18-20 becomes 15-20. This counts as a +1 enhancement bonus.
