In the beginning, this company had a good reputation on Skylandia Capital for many years. They were one of the main construction companies that bid on many of the contracts.

History

When Ronald Swift took over from his father, he wasn't ready and didn't know how to run a company correctly. He followed the wrong people's advice and delegated too much. Because of all of these circumstances and others, he lost control of his own company and was treated as only a figurehead. He really had no problem with this, as he is lazy and greedy. Needless to say, substandard equipment was often used, some buildings fell, and people were hurt. The perpetrators were caught, and many people were arrested even Ronald Swift. They were all put in prison.

He stained the family's public name and ruined the company, just because he wanted money over integrity. The family disowned him and repudiated him from the company. His son Gabriel Swift, inherited his father's seat in the family. He sold off all the companies assets, moved, and created a new type of company, Swift Enterprises.

Disbandment

After the arrests, the company went bankrupt to pay off the debts that it incurred paying off the legal fees and the death benefits.
