Artificers' Guild
The Artificers' Guild is a trans-national guild uniting the relatively new school of Artifice.
Members of the Artificers' Guild are identifiable by their dark red official robes. The trim upon the robes identify the level and discipline of the Artificer. They are expected to wear their robes in most cases, but especially on official work, when representing the guild and when seeking artifacts, where practical.
Artificers focus on the fusion of magic and engineering. The practice has grown out of the field of magic concerned with the creation of magical artifacts. This is an ancient practice, but the largely human/halfing/gnomish/dwarven guild seeks to learn from pst essays in the craft combined with the application of modern practices, structures technique and theory.
