Isika

A lord or governor that leads a region, or Iparak, of Mitzu. They also form the members of the Imperial Council.
Before the Thanes of Order visited Mitzu, the following formed the Council of the Isikaya.

In the case of the death of the Emperor with no apparent heirs, historically a new Emperor has been found from the Isikaya. They traditionally then renounce their tribe and an new Isika elected.
