Xarxan Al-Biacnigar is a golden dragonborn and the Leader of the nomadic Knightly order of Oloch worshippers, the Knights of Hw. Zerath.
Xarxan is a devoted Paladin to his patron deity and rose through the ranks of the Knights to this position.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Wears a black turban/veil/mask combo, from which a greyish smoke continuously emanates. There is decoration upon his clothing in dark gold and he wears a blued breastplate with a golden (though not shiny) eye upon it.

Motivation

Thinks the Obliviati think the ‘Forgotten Land’ is a reference to the Alagrian name for the Underworld, the ‘Land of the Forgotten’. He has noticed the Obliviati are investing a significant effort into raiding the many ancient tombs (hampered by curses etc.) and has coralled the Knights to try to limit this sacrilege.

Personality Quirks

Old Arabian voice. Huffs with smoke if not happy. If asked, can give much Obliviati history – dead god Kek etc.
