Thoradin -> Valykyrya was lost.

Valkyrya was forged ages before Frostheim to ward off a giant. One of the most prized weapons. Forged by Fenyal himself.

when Cita gets them on and attunes to them. nothings happening. Darkness warps around Cita. - like theif darkness and it's mine. :D
She sees a gith take them off and his hands are crystal. Leaves them behind.

opens #3: living viper. really long, but super skinny. Name is Houbi. She will have to befriend him. Can milk him for poison. Is safe for him in there.

We head to get a day a head of it.
We try fishing. It's dusk.
We fish along the way.
We catch large fish. Shimmer just eats her 15 lb fish.
We store some in one of the cold barrels
Thoradin sails us close to the rocks

With those attacks, the hydra loses all it's heads. (Even though we didn't take off the heads!)

Cita will throw some of the hooch at it (in a jug).

We spot a hollow/cave at water level.
Is the hydra worth anything? It's a magical monstrosity. But what part is it? The important bits are: blood, natural armor class - its hide. Stormy isn't afraid to butcher it. In place of its heart is a stone -> Heart stone. We take teeth too.
We head to the cavern and float in. Hidden cove. 3 times the hydra size.

Stormy opens the leather bag - amethyst that blinks. Was in the strong box.Rashid checks it out and touches it to his elemental. Attracts then repels. There's a lot of magic there. An effect - not intelligence. It doesn't seem to understand us. (Maybe just vision.) We put it away. (Stormy can't not think of it as alive.)
Left Carl's boat in cave. Use our boat to finish trip.
Night
Time for long rest.
Cita takes first watch and checks out the road.

The eye of warning can be added to a magic weapon to add ‘of warning’ ability to that weapon. And many of those abilities are for the whole group. Just the “advantage on initiative” is for the attuned wielder. And if added to a weapon that already requires attunement - that price is already paid.

Kanteker's notes:
As a side note, all three of the magic items listed above require attunement. If you have a slot open that Stone of Good Luck would be a great addition for the time being (+1 to ability checks and saving throws). And the slippers of spider climbing allow you to walk with your hands free, at your normal walking pace, on vertical surfaces or ceilings (not slippery ones, though).
