There are few to none known truths about the universe, in which Aradeia and its neighbouring continents lie, but some scholars at the High Academy of Sithaline City sure tried to make some sense of it. They founded the philosopher's organisation 'The Circle of Eternity' discussing possible origins of Aradeia's arcane core (and, inevitably, the core of their planet). The 'Circle of Eternity' studies the biological and magical origin of the immortal species and compares their cells to those of the mortal races. Combining their scientific findings and philosophical and theological arguments, they found a new outlook on life and its meaning for the Aradeian population. According to the Circle, elves and dwarves are directly connected to the general matter of the earth beneath them, making them a sentient part of the planet and, therefore, nature itself. The Omni's DNA differs from theirs, being of foreign origin and, therefore, alien to their planet. This explains why Omni have the ability to die and be resurrected if needed while elves and dwarves dissolve and reappear as parts of mountain chains or forests. While elves and dwarves return to the natural flow of life, the Omni's remains ascend to Aeva, the celestial realm. Some of the Omni become celestials themselves, what some might describe as becoming a deity; others are reborn centuries if not millennia later, as the Circle assumes, having forgotten everything they had been and seen before.
Even though the Circle is as active as ever and many believe in what they teach, the eldest dwarves and elves refuse to believe them, doubt their findings and spread hatred against them. They want to separate themselves from their scientific studies and claim that the immortals should be seen as the deities that celestials claim to be.

The Circle's findings are common knowledge among everyone who's enjoyed a good to medium education. Their findings have spread over all of Aradeia and is accepted among all that are less than three thousand years old. Intelligent members of the immortal tribes use their teachings as the base line of their existence; they tend to treat nature with more respect and combine their efforts with their mortal allies to keep the peace between Aradeia and Aeva.
