Ricard "The Snowman" Gare

Ricard is a burly mountain dwarf with a build like a box of hammers, a generally cheerful disposition, and an ice hook where his left hand should be. He is wearing a red stocking cap and a dense bear skin coat.
He is one of the lieutenants that work at the prison camp north of Riverhaven.
