Ser Wyn Sternbow
The Journey Continues...
Ser Wyn decides to grab about 15 days of food and 15 days of water. He spends 300 gold on the food and provisions. He is going to ride Randall back to the Ship or where they parked it last. It is about 110 miles and it will take him alittle over 2 days on Horseback riding 8 hours a day. He will take 2-3 days looking for the ship. If it is not located in that time frame he will make a trip to Green Mountain City where he will spend the rest of his time with his adopted family
Ser Wyn's Frandlyn Downtime
Now that Ser Wyn has arrived in Frandlyn, he decided to search the shops for 2 different items. He was looking for a agate that was worth 1000 gp, and a magical Horse Pocket. He would be taking 5 days to look and using 100 gold to look. He is also going to look for flowers. Just a simple little arrangement. When he finds the flowers he is going to go to his friend's grave. Adlen Everhold was his best friend for a few years. And he is coming to pay his respects. He is going to bring a mug of ale and the flowers to the grave, he will place both on his headstone and he will leave a gold piece. Ser Wyn will spend the 6th day just with Adlen talking to him about his adventures so far and all the fun things he has done.
The Children Snatchers
The Children of Green Mountain are told only tales only of the Mysterious Duergar who supposedly live in the deepest depths of the Mountain. They are sad that if a child doesn't do as they are told or goes to a place they aren't allowed, the Duergar come to steal them in their sleep. They apparently use magic to conceal themselves as they climb across the ceilings of the stone rooms and passageways. There were confirmed Duergar many years ago but they haven't been sighted recently, but the parents still use this method to maintain some order and discipline form their children. But who knows I haven't seen all of the caverns so maybe there are Duergars living in the deep...
The Son of Stone
There is a prophecy foretold by the Elders of the Green Mountain, of a Son born from Stone and Iron, who will one day come to save the ancient Clans of Dwarves from the sleeping dread, Pyndrol the Devourer. The Clans toil away, making sure to not awaken the beast before they find the Chosen one, or else all of their history and Lineage would be destroyed leaving a scorching ruin of their Mountain. The Elders watch every birth in the mountain to see if they can find a marking to show if they found their Chosen one. They haven't seen one to this day...
