LRMD's Franchise Rank and Stats

Rank 3: Large Territory   Your license grows to include a broad expanse of provinces, a few small kingdoms, or a large kingdom or federation, covering a territory the size of half the Sword Coast in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting.   The territory covers Riverhaven on the west. The mountains to the north. Isondale to the south and stops at the edge of the forests to the east.   A large territory might overlap with other Acquisitions Incorporated regions, though you are theoretically working with (and perhaps overseeing) smaller franchises rather than working against them. You can ship your goods to any destination and can assign staff to a city to which you ship goods — solely to oversee the distribution of those goods, and certainly not to compete with rivals. Don’t cause too much trouble and Head Office will stay happy.   1 Majordomo (does not leave franchise)   8 sub-employees   *As described in the “Services” section in chapter 5 of the Player’s Handbook, sub-employees provide general labor, and can function as builders, cleaners, porters, and other workers. sub-employees can work for a franchise or its allies, perhaps tending a garden for a noble family or helping a merchant unload cargo from ships. They will not engage in combat and do not leave the headquarters to join the party on adventures.   2 sub-employees at Riverhaven; 2 at Dewbreak; 2 at Plumefalls; and 2 at Isondale. 1 to go between the towns with deliveries and one to man the "post office" while the other is out.   +10 crew (cannot perform franchise tasks)   2 Interns (does franchises tasks, and one at a time can go on adventures with party, can be fired and replaced).   3 franchise tasks available.   The wagon is now a “gilded” wagon with very fancy designs and obvious trade marking on the exterior.   The wagon interior is doubled in size from what it was before and can now carry up to 8 individuals on the inside and 1,000lbs of goods.   The wagon can now teleport a day's worth of journey if the driver knows the destination and has been there at least once.   The wagon also has a ballista on the top that can magically fire bolts (AC: 15, HP: 50; ranged wpn atk: +6, range 120/480, one target. Hit: 3d10 piercing damage).   The driver of the wagon can now cast Arcane Gate once per day while driving the wagon.   Carriage Ejector Platforms. A carriage gains potent defensive capabilities in the form of sections of its roof and walls set with powerful concealed springs. This defensive feature can be activated as a bonus action by the driver or any creature within 5 feet of them. When a creature steps or grabs onto a protected section, that creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be flung from the wagon to a distance of 10 feet per franchise rank. The creature takes falling damage as if it had fallen that distance.   Operating expenses are now 45gp
