Gandorhal, the Great Forest

The ancestral home of the elves, now controlled by the woodelves. This land is inhabited by large creatures that are heavily influenced by this lands connection to the feywild. The forest surrounds a large mountain range that reaches higher than anywhere else on the continent, the mountain is the land of those high elves who fled into exile after the elf wars. The seat of power for the elves is the illustrious city of Alberon. Atop the mountain the high elves live in small village communities with the peak housing a monastery to the sun.
