Lord Gardifort

Cadriel is the son of a tavern owner and a blacksmith, currently living in the city of Rhufon . His mother, a half-elf, former adventurer, kept him entertained as he grew up listening to her tales. It took a stern hand to keep him in check by his father, who had hopes that his would follow in his footsteps rather than his mother’s. He started down the path to limited success, but the materials he made were definitely of the more martial aspect.
For a long while, he did well enough working in his father’s smithy, selling his own wares, taking on commissions where he could. His 28th year he decided he needed to make his own way in the world and set out, looking to one day retire as his mother did.
