Overview
One of the most recently discovered gods, only appearing after the Great Rumble, Lamashtu is the mother and patroness of many misshapen and malformed creatures that crawl, slither, or flap on, above, or below the surface of Aralla. The mother of monsters gathers many horrible magical beasts and monstrous humanoids to her side, uniting them against normalcy and order.Divine Domains

Tenets of Faith
Edicts - Bring power to outcasts and the downtrodden. Indoctrinate children in Lamashtu's teachings. Make the beautiful monstrous. Reveal the corruption and flaws in all things.
Anathema - Attempt to treat a mental illness or deformity. Provide succour to Lamashtu's enemies.
Holidays
The cults of Lamashtu celebrate no known regular holidays; though births, deformities, and demonic visitations are often the cause of hedonistic and debauched celebrations among them.

In the heart of darkness, amid the shrieks of the damned and the lamentations of the fearful, I affirm this wicked oath. Under the malefic gaze of Lamashtu, Mother of Nightmares, I swear fealty and malevolence, binding myself to these dreadful tenets:- I embrace and champion the malformed and grotesque, reveling in the discomfort and horror they inspire in the mundane.
- Where there is order, I shall bring chaos; where there is peace, I shall bring conflict. The world shall tremble at Lamashtu's whim.
- The terror of the weak is my sustenance. I vow to instill and relish in the fear of those who gaze upon Lamashtu's creations.
- Lamashtu's monstrous progeny are sacred. I shall protect them and unleash their horrors upon the world.
- I will corrupt what others hold dear, ensuring that nothing remains untouched by Lamashtu's corrupting grasp.
- Through darkness, magic, or persuasion, I will work to increase the numbers of the malformed, ensuring Lamashtu's influence grows.
- Compassion and mercy are weaknesses I forsake. In their place, I adopt cruelty and malice as my guiding lights.
Physical Description
Body Features
Pictures of Lamashtu portray her as a jackal-headed woman, with a third vertical eye in the center of her forehead, heavily pregnant, with feathered wings (like a raven's), a snake's tail, and taloned feet like a vulture's). She is often depicted carrying her two deadly blades, Redlust and Chillheart: the former is of fire, the latter of ice. The blades may grow and shrink from the size of a falchion to that of a kukri. Her head may vary depending on the nature of her worshipers: gnolls preferring the jackal head, medusas a snake's, harpies a hawk's, and so on.
