Maarami el Nohdyll (Wizard 11)
Maarami el Nohdyll is a wizard of great power, and she is among the many reasons the normal criminal element stays away from The Keep. Maarami uncovered assassins within the city, and her disposal of them easily has cemented her as a positive figure in the city. She sees himself as the city's protector, and she is taking steps to join (rather than one-up) the amlakkar of the Keep. However, her political fortunes have been soured by her poor relations with the priests of Baara within the city, who resent her less-than-pious approach to magic and her lack of convention.
