Net of Illusions

A net made of scintillanting ropes, a sentient being trapped in this net is transported into a dreamstate. If a person or creature spends more than a few moments caught in the net, the strands begin shimmering and slowly dissipate, leaving behind the person. Depending on the magic infused into the net, the duration of this state varies. This net can only affect sentient creatures capable of higher thoughts.
